We collect your personal information in connection with the registration of our newsletter, purchase of products in our web shop and to communicate with you about your orders.
We also use your information to handle product complaints and product warranties.

Blanddet IVS uses a third-party payment gateway for credit card payments. If a user pays by credit / debit card, credit card numbers or other sensitive payment data, a third-party payment gateway is processed in all cases. Blanddet IVS does not store credit card numbers or other payment information and cannot access them.
How do we handle with the information we collect?
Your Personal Information is collected and stored, and we of course take good care of them. The information is limited to trusted employees and we check our security measures frequently, so the information is not accidentally or illegally deleted, impaired or lost, or do not come to the knowledge of third parties or otherwise misused and used in violation of the law.
How long do we keep your information data?
We keep your Personal Information for the time allowed by the Data Protection Regulation and we will delete them when they are no longer necessary. The period depends on the nature of the information and the background for storage, but typically it will be 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the information relates to.

The personal data from customers and site visitors are stored centrally on servers located in the Czech Republic, which is a member of European Union.
Who has access to your personal information?
Blanddet IVS protects data from unauthorized access from third parties, especially through limited access to the database and personal data.
All personal information provided by the customer in connection with the use of goods and services is processed by an automatically secured electronic system.
Blanddet IVS is responsible for the storage of your Personal Information with the data processor.
Your personal information is disclosed to third parties only as far as permitted by law, including for settlement of agreements, for marketing purposes or if you have agreed in advance. As part of the order settlement, for example, service providers used (such as transport companies, logistics companies and banks) receive the necessary data for order and order completion. The information thus disclosed may be used solely by our service providers in fulfilling their duties in this regard.
To send you a newsletter, we use the email address you provided us with the purchase. When you no longer wish to receive newsletters from us, you can unsubscribe any time by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. You will also find a link for unsubscribe in each newsletter.
